Warm Whites by Sherwin-Williams Recommended by a Color Consultant


White is FINALLY making a comeback, but this time it’s going to bring approximately 90 different shades and undertones to go with it. The trending color for 2019, now gives you an ample amount of choices regarding your trim color, when in fact you simply just asked your contractor for plain white.

“What shade of white, though? Because there’s a million…..”

That’s why I’ve made it a bit less intimidating by narrowing it down to five of my personal favorite warm whites that go with just about anything, check them out:

Now a days, white isn’t just plain and boring white. Instead, we now have several different shades that actually give the name white more character. These different shades of white are separated from one another by two undertones, warm and cool.

Typically, warm have undertones of yellow, pink/red and cool has undertones of purple/blue or green.

Now, that we have distinguished the different undertones, I’d like to focus on a 5 of my favorite warm whites that’s are perfect for open floor plans and even master bedrooms:
