Tile Shower Niche

Since we recently moved into our new home and had to renovate the master bathroom due to a leak- we thought why not make it fun and add a funky accent niche to the shower.

Here, we used white subway tile from Lowe’s and then added a decorative tile from Floor and Decor to brighten the area up with color a little bit.

I love what you did with the shower niche. Did you cut the tiles? I see they are 8×8 but your niche doesn’t appear to be 16″ tall. What size is your niche? Did you also lay a strip of the niche tile on the floor in front of the bathtub? Beautiful work!
